Help Me I Can't Find the Underwear!

How important is Underwear? From the experience of a seamstress, it can completely change the way your cloths fit you. I have seen SO many women not need major alterations, by putting on a pair of SPANXS. Also lately brides have been coming in with corsets. While these will give you tiny waists, they flatten and push the breast up like cupcakes. This look is great for S&M, or a Medieval Bride, but contemporary designers give a rounder and fuller curve for the bust. When you re-shape the bust of a wedding dress that is covered with beads and embroidery, add another $50 to $200 to the price of your dress. Believe it or not the right bra or even bra cups can save you a lot of money. Most important to remember, bring the bra you are going to wear on THE DAY OF to your first alteration fitting. And don't forget the shoes.

We have stopped selling bras, only because you can go to Wal-mart and buy a very similar long line bra for under $15. We sold ours for $55, and David's Bridal has the same for $75. The other reason was, we felt that we could not carry enough styles to fit all the different needs of our clients. For many years we would refer our customers to Pennyrich Bra Shop. Unfortunately they are no longer in business. We have been looking for somewhere else to send our patrons, they must truly understand how to measure and find the cut to fit all shapes and cup sizes. Aren't they cute.Remember that there is a lot of waiting around, at the same time there are millions of things to do. Small active children can sometimes make a stressful moment, over the top. One way to avoid this is to hire a sitter just for the ceremony, that way if you have a long religious ceremony, they could sit in another room. ♦As the Bride it is alright to ask someone to back out of your Wedding, but before you give the replacement Bridesmaid the dress. Tell the former Bridesmaid first. I don’t think that the Bridal boutique should be the one to tell her she’s out.

♦You wait for the Bride to pay for her Gown, then tell her that it is ugly. NO REFUNDS!!!!!

♦You tell the Bride her dress is ulgy days before her wedding

♦As a bridesmaid you alter the Bridesmaid dress to look like a Hoochie Mama, and the Bride doesn’t find out until you show up.
